Hey Leslie, I hope things aren't too crazy getting ready for the Holidays! Deb told me that you would be interested in having a student at the market every week. I was talking to a student named Jin Hee Park about the prospect of having her take a look at tongues and pulses and make suggestions for vegetables for customers. She has an extensive knowledge of Eastern Nutrition and is extremely competent and I thought this would be a good way of generating interest in eating for an individuals health. I was wondering if there was something we could work out like a few fruits and vegetables for her time. I would like to have more students eventually to help with this but I know Jin Hee for sure is interested and has the knowledge base for this. Let me know what you think about this, I think it would be good. I am working on a plan for the spring-time Urban Gardener series at PCOM and will talk to some of the CSA owners about what they think would be good to plant and when. I also want to work on CSA enrollment and will have Sesame post our next meeting date in January on Facebook. Maybe we could have a CSA owner stop by and do a food demo too during the meeting. Lots of things to think about and I wanted to thank you for all of your help.
Take care,
Julia Ann

Yes, these are great ideas! The person who comes to help will get some
veggies for sure.
