Iphone App Iswipe Does a Great Job by YourEnchantedGardener .....
Participated in the ROOTS OF GIVING
Fair at the POINT LOMA NAZARENE UNIVERSITY.
I found the campus and its students an Island of Hope
and personal healing for me. I met numbers of
delightful students and took time to visit
some of the other vendors who were
doing remarkable work in the world.
One I spent time with was the
CORRIDOR OF HOPE booth. I bought
a lovely scarf I will treasure made by
a Third World Artisan. The purchase
was transacted on an Iphone App
called ISWIPE that will help
me do Credit Card transactions.
This will help me as I continue
to work to save the EXOTICA RARE FRUIT NURSERY
in Vista and its inventory of thousands
of trees and plants from the world
seeking new Plant Parents.

I attended THE ROOTS OF GIVING EVENT
at THE NAZARENE UNIVERSITY in POINT LOMA.
I will be writing more about that experience.
It was truly profound.
I enjoyed planting Seed Dreams with about
nine students. This was deeply fulfilling
and eye opening. The receptiivity was great.
I interacted with at least a dozen students
between the hours of 4-7 PM. I was wise
enough to shut down early and go visit
some of the booths.
One of my regrets this morning is that
I did not purchase a lovely warm hat
from made by artistans in Africa or another
third world country.
I did buy at least three items including
two scarfs I will treasure. I also bought
a cell phone holder made of natural fibre.
I wish I had taken time to visit more of the booths
but I was engrossed in giving some
counseling toward the end to one student.
A number of the students I met
I sense have the potential to become
long lasting interactions, and potential friendships.
I was stunned by the thoughtfulness behind
the event that was coordinated by a team of
volunteers spearheaded by COURTNEY WANTINK.
I took advantage of available light during the early
part of the event to take photos. I will post some
of them.
I bought a lovely scarf from
CORRIDOR OF HOPE (TM), an
organization that is doing profound healing
work to reclaim lives in Thailand
and other countries.
I am looking at the material now
that founder LYNETTE LEE gave me.
The order I placed was done over an Iphone!
I turned over my ATM card to Lynette,
and started to feel a bit uncomfortable,
however, after seeing how this Iphone App
works to process credit card transactions,
I am looking into getting on myself.
This credit card app could really help me
and a lot of other people.
