PIT Stop time.
Prophets in Training are PITS.
They take down time.

I have too take some down time.
I have feeling weary from putting out so much energy
to save the EXOTICA RARE FRUIT NURSERY.

I have been concerned that I have not heard back
from DAN, who works for the company that puts out
STAYACTIV. This arthritis remedy has numbers of uses
including, as he tells me for a form of diabetes.

There is some PhD at Tufts University that he was
telling me about on the phone who was able to get off
using CELEBREX through using Stay Activ.

That PhD is doing a test on himself and recording how the
product works for him. He is keeping a journal and doing
blood tests.

That is my only concern with Stay Activ.
I have not been sure how it is working on me.
It releases tremendous energy.
I have been dragging the last could days since
I started to slow down my use.

I also am factoring in the stress level,
and sharing a meal here on Sunday night.
I ate some things that were off my diet,
including a sweet bread pudding.
I woke up Monday with a headache and it increased
during the night.

I went to our weekly ROOTS SUSTAINABILITY FOOD PROJECT
meeting as well at 4 yesterday. There are post-honeymoon
relationship issues I want to clean up that are leaks in my system.

During the night I was getting an inventory of these.
Any kind of leak--unfulfilled communication can tighten
up the muscles and impact the immune system.

I was lucky yesterday. My bowel was user friendly.
I went with VIVIAN BLACKSTONE to the NEW AMERICAN MUSEUM.
All was well under I came back to where the EG MOBILE was.
I had to come home to change my clothes before I could
go to the Roots meeting. Part of this was the food I ate
and part, putting out too much energy that I did not have to give.

I am so happy that Dan picked up the mobile this morning.
He has mailed me ten bottles of StayActiv and some product
samples I want to give to friends that I want to turn on to this
product.
