Wow! I'm excited!

My hard work with all the investment in
computer organization is paying off.
I know how to transfer what I need
from my Imac to the G4 I will have down at the
PAC SYM.

I am transferring a few IPHOTO LIBRARIES
on to the G4 Laptop.

I already have my Current Address Book
so peope can Register.

It would be so great to be able to do a lot of this online.
I need to adjust to the shift
of having the computer help and not have to do so much printing
at events.

Here is my email to Matt.

I got the flu from him on Saturday.
I wasn't sure if I could pull off the Pacific Symposium
yesterday. I was fluish.

I am remembering all my flu tools!

They are working!!!!

Mattt, This is really Great and very helpful....!!!!

The other ones can be broken into mini blasts
geared to other needs. I will put the others on a blog now and add a link.
This is great great work!!!

Thanks,

I was starting to really feel fluish around 6 after working really hard on farmer PR aspects
and then finishing the CITY FARMER NURSERY VIDEO that I am uploading now.

I got some bursts of help when Alicia showed up.

I also discovered some remedies and I am feeling improved this morning after
headache most of yesterday and through the previous night.

NATURAL FLU REMEDIES THAT WORK

GET PEPPERMINT PLUS from Whole Foods Market.
break some of the capsules in water and drink, Also take the capsules.

Make Eucalytus tea from fresh leaves. I have lots of them here from Joe, or find
on a tree.

Get some Echionacea-Goldenseal HERB PHARM brand and take this in your month.

Oregano oil and the Four Thieves vinegar are also recommended. Chef Jem gave me some of his.

Have those around you take the homepathic called oscillococcinum from Boiron.

I am also taking Quinton Original Marine Plasma

Call me later to see how you are feeling.

There is some chicken soup in our crock pot.
