Difficult time getting started today.
Lots of uncomfortable feelings
both in my head and in my gut.

Ate dinner last night with a few of the housemates.
Ate eggplant and other nightshades I felt in my body
numbers of hours later.

Up various times during the night, I could not sleep.
The TV would not help. Finally feel asleep.

Two good morning calls to save my Soul.
One just now with a delightful 25 year old woman
who tells me she keeps running across the Essenes
on the web associated with my name.

That is good.

Time to dig in and pay some bills,
and hopefully hear from CRYWOLF
that my most active computer is ready to be picked up.

Glad I brought up some laundry.
