The hope for a better world is that
some people will get wiser as they get older.
The hope is that we will pass learn from
our mistakes, adopt more whole lifestyles,
and pass our wisdom on to those around us.

I confess. I may have shown more wisdom
when I was younger.

Wisdom, according to the Essenes,
one of the lifestyles admired by
DR.BERNARD JENSEN and EDMOND BORDEAUX SZEKELY,
lived lived by applied wisdom
that gave them good health into their elder years.

That is why Dr Bernard Jensen went out of his
way to study the long lived people.

In my youth, I had the opportunity to study
with Dr. Bernard Jensen. I wrote--ghost wrote--
a number of his books.

The last year--the year just ending--I do not feel
I aged well. My lifestyle caught up with me.

I used various products that I truly believe
work for many people and based on a standard
of excellence that can help many people.
The testament that a number of these products
have not given me the results I would imagine
is that my lifestyle has been more out of wack
the the product could help.

Spiritual practices are basically ways of living
intended to hold us together, and yet whatever
spiritual practices I have been doing, are not
stronger right now than the issues I came in
to overcome.

My issues are getting the best of me these days.

Dr Jensen often said that at each decade of our
lives, we were intended to learn how to live in new ways.

Most TV watchers--and I am among them--
who follow the commercials--and accept what is
being told food fit for human consumption--
and then ways to heal--the O.K.ness of pharma
as the cureall--will likely--by the numbers
never get to a ripe old age where they have
something wise to pass on.

I have been looking through all writings
this past week, writings long buried on
old computers.

I pray for the fulfillment that I find the strength
to bring them to the light of day, and above all,
learn myself from applying these teachings.

Right now, I am feeling sad
that the problems I am facing
feel bigger than the wisdom I am applying
to resolve them.
