The so called "food safety" bills now running through Congress appear to further enlarge upon already over-extend federal powers to trespass into the homes of Americans who grow and/or distribute food as a more healthy option over the corporate controlled foods of commerce. Ironically the acts committed under color of law are claimed justified under Congress's power to regulate commerce even though these instances that concern individual Americans typically do not involve exportation or inter-state commerce! Intra-state "commerce" would normally come under the State's jurisdiction. However the wall that the Constitution insists stands between federal and state sovereignty has been broken down to the extent the federal agents repeatedly step over what remains of that wall. How is that possible? Read this article:
