 Here are some things you can do today:

*Sing Hymns in honour of the Sacred Heart of Jesus,

*Say the Litany of the Sacred Heart.

*Act of Consecration.

*Acts of Adorations.

*Acts of Reparations.

*Salute his heart every hour.

*Light a candle in honour of the Sacred Heart.

*Attend Mass, or if you are ill then watch EWTN Mass.

*Nine Elevations to the Sacred Heart.

*Offer in your heart, as a act of Love.

*Say 'I love thee Sacred Heart of Jesus' 100 times
