Have You Tried Goat Milk? by chef jem .....

I am absolutely convinced of what Dr. Dale Jacobson, DC and Mark McAfee have said in the DVD that I produced regarding the difference between cow and goat milk!

After extensive experimentation in my test kitchen I am absolutely convinced of what Dr. Dale Jacobson, DC and Mark McAfee of Organic Pastures Dairy have said regarding the difference between cow and goat milk (in the DVD that I produced: "Raw Milk: The Whole Truth")! That is that the protein molecule in goat milk is smaller in goat milk and hence easier for humans to digest! In addition if you do like I do with that raw goat milk (as well as what Dr. Jacobson recommends) and turn that milk into kefir, or any other cultured product, you'll be predigesting that goat milk thus making it all the more easier for you to digest! This final all raw, cultured milk product will most certainly be a whole new nourishing food for you!
