Last year I had one of my Best Year's Ever.
I started the year off attendind the BEST YEAR EVER event
at the San Diego Sport's Arena. The Best Year Ever '09
is this Saturday, January 17. I highly recommend getting there
early. Last year, there was a big traffic jam.

Best Year Ever '08 went better than expected for me.
I wanted to be a photographer for the event
but I did not have a relationship with the JENNA DRUCK FOUNDATION.

My friend RON NASH actually bought me a ticket.
He wanted me there. RON also had an exhibit.
There was no Press Credential for me when the program began,
but things changed.

Half way through the program, my friend REV MICHAEL BECKWITH
started to speak. He completely woke me up. I forgot how much
he moves me!I hadn't heard Michael speak for a few years. I wanted to see him.
In order to do that, I thought I needed a Press Pass to get back stage.

At the moment I decided I wanted to see Michael,
I jumped out of my seat and went into the hallway.
I bumped right into NIKKI NASH, Ron's wife.
She was aware I had wanted to take photos at the event
and was feeling frustrated that this did not happen.

Guess what?
She had been back stage, and it turned out that
one of the main photographers could not attend.
Nikki got a wristband for me with Press Privileges.
All this happened in about five minutes after deciding
I that I wanted that Press Credential. That whole
day was all about setting intentions and deciding
what you want!

It turned out that Michael was not backstage.
He was at his booth. He had some delightful staff members
with him, including KIM DURDIN-JAMES
and REGINA, one of Michael's personal assistants. It was
practically one of those love at first sight meetings for me
with Kim. There was also an invite to follow up to teach
kids at REVELATION, the Agape Conference later that year.
Spring was so jam packed, I never took to the time to follow up,
but this is a new year.

This year, there is one speaker on the program who really
has my attention. She is ARIELLE FORD. ARIELLA is a delight.
She was the PR person for friends MARK VICTOR HANSEN
and JACK CANfIELD during the first years when CHICKEN SOUP
FOR THE SOUP first came out.

I met Mark and Jack years before. Chicken Soup was hardly even
an egg at the time we met. I was there when HEALTH COMMUNICATIONS INC (HCI)
was promoting book Number One in the series at a major publishing conference
called the ABA. I took the HCI books
to a river the next day at the TAYLOR's HERB FARM and did some serious
rituals for the success of the CHICKEN SOUP. In later years, Mark acknowledged
the ritual work I had done. He wished me the same kind of success for my
writings.

I have to say, there is a lot of interest these days in Manifesting our Dreams.
Among the most powerful tools for this, I believe the PLANT YOUR DREAM
work that I do with seeds to be among the most powerful.

We have entered a time, and an economy, where we are all called back to our roots.
It is not enough to want things or to manifest alone with Mind Technologies.
What we want needs to be grounded in what is also
good for our Earth. What can be more grounded that connecting our dreams with
growing plants???

As the plant grows, so does our dream. Plant a Seed, Grow a Whole New World!

This last Holiday season, ARIELLE FORD had a runaway best seller called
THe SOUL MATE, etc. I would not expect anything less from ARIELLE FORD.
Last Summer, Arielle, her soulmate BRIAN, Brian's nephew, and I spend the afternoon
at the Del Mar Races. We were seated by friend GARY SEIDLER of HCI at the same table.

KEEP the BEET Media Star, the World's FIrst talking Beet Plant, was also there.
We took photos. Gary had a few horses in the races, and so did PETER VEGSO,
of HCI. Gary was having had luck that day, until he spend some time with KEEP the BEET
Media Star. Then his luck changed! That same day, PETER won the DEL MR CLASSIC!

I have to say, one of the main highlights of the afternoon was spending time with
Brian, Arielle's Soul Mate. We really hit if off. He is a man who knows how to uplift others,
Brian makes every one feel special. He did that for me.

I believe that having love support is essential. It excites me to know that
Arielle and Brian are together.

If for any reason, I would attend the BEST YEAR EVER event this Saturday,
it will be see Arielle. I hope Brian is there too.
