Look how far I've come...
I've now juiced the rest of what I'm going to make this week - all of those 30 apples, which made just enough for me to survive at work today and tomorrow. For the evenings, and the weekend, I'll buy something store-bought, like prune and the like. I scrubbed the juicer thoroughly yesterday, and today I'll return it to dad and his fiancée when me and my brother will visit them in the evening to give them their Xmas presents (we'll be off to another city on Friday to spend Xmas with mum and her husband).
Note for self: Do invest in a fancy juicer. Seriously. I wcouldn't make even my worst enemy to scrub bloody juicer sieves. Horrendous. And the porous, cheap plastic nearly sucks in all carrot juice and the like leaving visible stains of brown. Such a turn-off! All of the guy friends who visit me just love my faux Magic Bullet, it's the easiest kitchen appliance made in history. That's how I want my juicer to be.

I have to say my sleeping experiment isn't going too well - today was the second day I woke up nearly enraged. Obviously I blamed the fast for my bad mood at first, then I thought of "mental detoxing". But now I'm convinced the quality and length of my sleep is inferior. I'm not saying sleeping on the floor is exactly uncomfortable, but for one reason or another I more or less wake up a time or two during the night, and I wake up being moody as hell. I don't know what to do, whether I should just keep on trying or what, especially now that tomorrow I'm off to sleep at my mum's for a week, sleeping on the floor there can turn out a challenge.
Nevertheless I'm generally fine, I'm not hungry, and even the phlegm isn't too bothering today. Still every little thing seems to upset me, such as a collegue pesistently making her calls through the switchboard when she could very well dial the direct numbers herself; or a customer trying to send a fax to the switchboard phone; or customers hanging up after me picking up. Enraging, truly.

On Tuesday I got to drink a bit of birch sap, which is supposed to have many healthy advantages. Funny tasting, very watery and neutral, but at least it wasn't bad.
