Blood Pressure 187/123 WHATEVER???

WELL, today wasn't completely a juice fast, as matter of facts I haven't had one drop of JUICE (what in the world). I my lemon and herbal tea earlier, and as I think about it I didn't even have more than 3 glasses of water. no sweets however. I ended up going to the hospital with my dear friend (chest pains) she's ok though. However, I had MY BLOOD PRESSURE checked 187/123 (not good). I came home and took another bp pill, ate some salomon-tuna-spinach. I'm gonna drink about 4-6 glasses before bed, and jump on my trampline. I'm feeling really good about this fast. The other piece of my juicer should arrive wed (really excited). I'm really encouraged, I have a vision of a healthier,thinner and yes happier ME. Good nite (Ithink)
