How to be kind to myself?
That is the question I am asking this morning.

I did not sleep well.
I got up around 3 and wrote for some hours.
The writing was clear and directive,
as far as ways to pull out the Pacific Symposium,
an event that runs from November 5-10.

Set up is November 4, Tuesday, in the evening,
or the next day.

How do be kind to myself now?

Warren, a kind man, an excellent practitioner,
a compassionate man, said,
"Be kind to yourself as one of the last things before I left
PCOM.

Chef Jem was in the EG Mobile waiting.
The treatment was about 1 1/2.
It seems to have improved my Bowel a bit this morning.

Bottom Falling Out= Diarrhea for me.
Spasms and Incomplete evacuation,
repeatedly having to rush to the toilet,
these have been my symptoms for weeks.
This condition can come upon me with the change of
Fall weather and last through the Winter.
I can lose a lot of weight.

There are been just too much to digest around the house here,
too much pressure to get through the decades of stuff that is now
out of the Basement. Much of my stuff is Under the Olive Tree and
in the Healing Area. Another mass of my stuff is mixed in on the West
side of hte house.

There is going to pressure around some of the stuff not going back in.

A has about three or more times my stuff in what we are calling Area B and C.
It is stuffed.

More is on the West Side of the House.

Last week was Demanding.

Paris was called into action to fix a faucet and the Mille Vac.
I came home from the HIgh Holidays the Monday of that week.
I hadn't eating well the final days in LA. I ate everything.

All last week, I pretty much did my best to stick to a few simple foods:
brown rice, potatoes, beans. Beans sounds counter-intuitive but it was working.

Oh, sounds coming in my room right now.....
Chit Chat....I better put on some music.

O.K. it is gone.

Back to the point.

How to be Kind to myself.

We did some errands before coming home.
I was faminshed. I started to eat a Whole Foods Makret Chicken
with a fork, stabbing off pieces. At home, H and N were in the dining room.
I wasn't friendly. I had had enough with Chef Jem. I escaped into my room
and turned on Chris Matthews, Rachel Maddow, and some of Jon Stewart.
The Daily Show has become a habit the last weeks. I have been crawling into
bed early, but not going to bed until late.

I devoured most of that bird watching T.V. within twenty minutes.
No fork, I pulled at pieces.

I generally can fall back asleep after early morning writing, but not last night.

I was mostly awake from 4 til 8 AM. I started to run some negative thoughts
through my head, but not as bad as yesterday.

At 8 I took a hot shower, put on PJ's tops and went back to bed.
That was good. I relaxed. I just took one more shower.

I am looking around for How to Be Kind to Myself.

There are about ten things in here I could do to straighten up.
It is not kind to imagine I can do many at once.

Warren said to keep warm.

It is so easy to feel pressure, and demands.
That does not help digestion.

I bought three new products yesterday from Whole Foods.
They are the ones that Warren recommended.

I just took two of the Licorice Pills, that are intended to help the lining.
I also have some L-Glucosomine powder, and Ultimate electrolype replacer.

O.K. What next.

Go in the Garden.

Plant the new crop of KEEP the BEET in the pots that Angelene prepared.
I hope she remembered to put holes in the bottom.

See you later.

First Things FIrst.

Looking at some emails:

10:11 AM

Dan from AminoActiv is sending me some bottles
of this wonderful product. I need them for the Pacific Symposium.
Dan tells me that the company is many a new label and graphic.
I feel really good about AminoActiv as an arthritis supplement.

I need to focus on lowering my stress level.

I am sure that many of us start to feel down when our body is not
allowing us to function at what we want to do.

How do we feel we are living a useful life?
That is a big question for anyone with a body condition
that appears to be hampering our expression/performance.
It has anti-inflammatory properties. I am going to talk to Mark,
the creator next week.
