Seeking Sanity.
Seeking to Reignite KEEP the BEET
in my consciousness.

This has been a trying week.
Came home Monday.
Bowel has dominated.
Elections have dominated.

Having even Downloaded from
the High Holidays.
Haven't even looked at those photos!

I had success with KEEP the BEET Media Star up there.
Hopefully some of those photos show that!

My concern has been doing the Pacific Symposium
in light of my Bowel Health, and the state of the House.
The Basement is Cleared, but the level of toxic air in there
in immense. Chef Jem is coordinating that effort.
My things--decades worth--are under the Olive Tree
covered. Other things--binders--and books from the bookshelf--
I have not looked closely.

The Pacific Symposium is November 4 set up or November 5.

Some things came together this week that leaned me toward doing
the event.

I spent numbers of days between the Rosh Hashanan and Yom Kippur
advancing KEEP the BEET Media Star.

I came up with some significant new signage.

One says This is my Seed Dream that will Root
as my beet grows:

Another connects Love Literacy, and the Seven
Love Cures with KEEP the BEET.

I want to upload those documents here for the BEET KEEPERS.

Oh, there is still time to do a T-shirt--that is a stretch
right now.

Let me ground and root.

I also have a packet of beet seeds from Bill Tall at City Farmers Nursery
and some Lettuce mixture. That is a stretch too!

The Candle is still burning.
I have not eating breakfast.
My Kidneys are feeling some sensitivity.
Bowel is behaving. 2x movements.

Thank God, the Tibetan chants are giving me Focus Still.
