Much of his photography work is done Pro Bono for non-profits within the Natural Food Industry
and for farmers. His work his supported by an international network who join the Enchanted Garden Club.

Leslie has been either the photographer or co-photographer for the last four Slow Food San Diego
main Fundraiser August events. He was the photographer for a number of national Organic organizations
including the Organic Center and Organic Trade Association. His photos are featured in the fund raising
video put together by TV Hostess Sara Snow to raise support the Organic Center Mission to inspire our nation to go
10% organic by 2010. His photos have been used the last three years as gift items by the Organic Trade
Association, sent out to their main donors. The Organic Center and Organic Trade Association raise
approximately $500,000 at their evening fundraisers held at the Natural Product Expo West each year.
Leslie has been the photographer for Organic Center's Fundraiser for the last two years, and for the OTA
for four different years.

Many of his Web Galleries include photos of local San Diego Farms and events, including JR Organics,
Sage Mountain Farm, and La Milpa Organica. His specialty is closeups of food, and soul inspired photos
of Chefs prepping their foods.

His current Enchanted Garden Project is promoting KEEP the BEET Media Star, a locally grown organic
beet growing in a pot. That project is aimed to inspire each person that they too can
grow one pot of food. KEEP the BEET Media Star speaks for herself. She "sez" One plant+One Person=
A Nation of Gardeners. Her intent is to encourage growing of our own food and being on a first name basis,
whenever possible, with the local organic farmers growing the rest of our food.

KEEP the BEET Media Star is volunteering some of her beet greens to Enchanted Garden Club Member
Scott Wagner for use use in one salad portion.

"I’ve been waiting half my life to tell somebody about Leslie Goldman.
Always figured I’d wait for some desperate moment.
Now it’s here."-- Bob Baker, Los Angeles times Magazine

"Do you remember, a lifetime ago,
when Nat King Cole had a hit song
called "Nature Boy"? It told about
"a strange, enchanted boy"
who wandered far, very far,
and when he met you,
he taught you many things.
I've met that boy,
or someone very much like him,
and he is now a man known as
"The Enchanted Gardener..."
I may never be the same."
--Paul Froemming,
Montecito Journal,
July 16, '99

"A magic day he passed my way and while we spoke
of many things Fools and Kings, this he said to me,
'The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be
loved in return." -- "Nature Boy," written by eden
ahbez, recorded by Nat King Cole in 1947.
