back to the grindstone

OMG I was sooooo exhausted this afternoon. I barely made it to the 'event reporting' afternoon. I was falling asleep during the IV pump video. The day itself was great. No major mistakes except that we were all babbling in the room and forgot to put up the bedrail when we went looking for a lifter. I would have freaked if I knew the lady was a roller but she wasn't. I was pretty much on my own most of the day.

Tomorrow I have the same patient. I'm going to give her morning care with a wonderful massage oil I picked up at an herb farm. I am procrastinating a bit in writing my nurse's note and caremap so I better get going.
