Sugar craving

Aunt flow has me like a bloated cow but i'm still exercising and i'm still releasing poo.. sorry!
Not gonna weigh myself at all until at least sunday give my body time to settle...aunt flow due to leave on thursday. Garage sale taking place on Saturday so I got stuff to sort out. A/c installed in Olindas today and it feels great. Can't wait to move in. Only until I move back to England. My last summer in Bim for a while and i'm going to have a blast.

Sugar craving is pathetic!

Dash in my office is about to start master cleanse. I have to say I felt great this morning at the gym felt strong! can't wait until day 25.
