Scott Masters buys the EGIC Arosa Property for $1.00. I will talk to Sanda ASAP to get an idea of how much $$$ she wants to be bought out. She is going to use the $$$ to buy a Little Store adjacent to Dragon Belly Farm. I am Buying into that Little Store.....Dragon Belly Farm has Blackberries in August. Anyone want to go visit with me????????

I sold him the place for $1.00.

At First he was hesitant to Buy In.

"I am not sure if I can Afford it!" he said.
That was Very Wise.

I am not sure if I want to Buy in,
not the way that Living Here is for me now.

I am not fully Alive here!
I have too much pain Living Here the Way it was YEsterday.
IT is No longer the Way it was Yesterday.

Today is a New Day!

Scott got a Bill of Sale.

We are Making the Bill of Sale on Rhimax Paper.

This is not going to be a Non-Profit transaction.

I would rather pay Taxes. I Love to Give my Government Money
so they can keep Supporting the things I want to Do.

Once the Gov of California asked me If I would be his Historian.

I said No.

I said, I would rather be his Enchanted Gardener.

I am up for sale too.

Who wants to Buy me.

I have been working for you for 60 years as far as I rmember,
maybe I have been working for you for at least 8000 years.

Go figure. I am not too good at Record Keeping.

Who will do the Record Keeping?

Maybe some of the e3 Standouts will do that.
