Chef Jem's imput on the New Kitchen Manager position for the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community

A new position.
Manage the kitchen.

including most everything.

organization.
cleaning.
use of kitchen.
including how to handle
food items that could go into the sink.

Managing the prevention of clogging,
including sink clogging....

All of that description to be defined.

Would have to be unamimously approved
by all members of the Household.

In would be a live in position.

This would be up to all to determine how it would work.

A percent out of rent.

Benefit.

They have a kitchen
that works for them,
that functions for them,
where they know how to be in it.
They have their orientation.
They know how things work,
how to take care of them,
how to use things,
how everything works in the kitchen.

IF there is any complaints or
it doesn't work, all the problems come
to the Kitchen Manager.

If the Kitchen manager needs to come to the Ad min or
house manager, he will do that.

he will handle any and all issues.

This position will be of value to everyone in the house.

Everyone will say how this will work for them.
