Flora's version of essiac tea
organic cottage cheese, flax seeds and flax oil for budwig cancer protocol
lots of greens and fruits to make green smoothies

I'm hooking her up with all the good stuff before I go back home to Pennsylvania. Today she is being discharged and right now I'm about to make myself a green juice. I am going on the diet with her which means no more of my beloved coffee except for the rare ethiopian coffee I purchased a ways back. I have a few small fibroids on my uterus and so being a diet buddy with my mom will help me too.

Listening to The Secret audiobook for the second time while I shop around for her. Till later!
