"Raw Milk, it's nature's way! And it's a significant part of humanity's history.

Pasteurization and pasteurized milk are relatively recent developments that originally meant there's something seriously wrong with the milk!

Of course the issues of quality all depend on where the milk is coming from! Traditionally one gets to see the face of the source of one's milk.

I am making kefir from all the milk I get!
(When I have extra milk as well as the warm space I may also make raw yogurt)

I am looking forward to being in a place where I'll always have people to pass on the kefir grains to! (Either that or start making other drinks with the kefir grains.)

I sometimes wonder if my milk drinking now is my body's attempt to make up for not having been nursed as a baby! Maybe I might consider John D.
