Got a mouthful of Ayurvedic herbs pills
mixed with fresh celery in my mouth.
I am masticating and swishing them into
a watery state.

Took about an hour at least to get
going this morning after getting out of bed.

Took a shower. Felt good in the eurphoria
of Arnica Montana 30 C; That works for me for pain.
I would like to feel this good without it.

Grapping my Silver Box with the Job's Tears
in them. Gives me some sense of security.
Just a bit. A heavy cloud of uncomfortable anxiety
could easily overtake me.

Lurrae, a powerful ally, reminds me that Crystal
Clear Intentions are essential now.

Where will I be living in 1212?
Will it be here?

Received a call from Sanda yesterday the major
co-owner of this property
where the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community sits.

Sanda wants to refinance the house. She wants me to buy
the place. This was not my original agreement.
I took on being the manager. I was to have a place to live
after the age of 65. This was in writing. Over the years,
a new verbal agreement has emerged. She wants to sell
the place and get her money out.

Lurrae guides me through many details of what I need
to do to come from power rather than anxiety.

This conversation with Sanda has come up numbers of
times over the years.

It is clear that how I am living,
here must change.

There are relationships
out of alignment, as well as structures.

My head is too tired now from the
early morning session.

Lurrae gave me some homework.

I started eating last night,
some cooked carrots.

I made some rice but did not eat any.

Today, my first food was the celery juice.
I also put some Green Magma in it.

Next Wednesday I will leave for the
Natural Product Expo West.

I have not started to focus on on
to make the most of this opportunity.

I have survival questions.

I need to put first things first.

I have not heard back from Nuva Yeetah,
my Ayurvedic doctor.

I do not remember what I wanted to ask him now.
My head is tired.

The main thing now is getting stable physically,
and emotionally.

Everything is going to take time. YES.

I have an accupuncture appointment.
I will call now and make an appointment with Nuva.

What is the next thing I need to do before
going to accupuncture at 1:45?

Glitch in the Quicken program.
Every time I put in Marcia's name is switches
to James. Never have seen this happen before
in all my years of Quicken use.

Finish the Arosa Income Statement.
This is a Balance Sheet, actually.
How much comes in and how much is
allocated to go out each month.

There needs to be other reports
for individual accounts, such as Work Fund
as Community Assets.

How much of each catagory is spent each month
is a different question I see.

Priority:

Nuva saw Kidney Stones last Sunday.
Now they are confirmed with a Catskan.
They are 5 Mill each.

I am transitioning off the juices to a vegetarian diet.

Dr. Jamie says I may have Kidney infection due.
This may be due to the Kidney Stones, or some other
variable. I may not have Kidney Infection. A culture
will show that likely by Monday.

The main thing now is supporting the Kidney Stones
out of my body without a crisis in pain, and being
able to go to the Natural Product Expo West (NPEW).

Can I do a few things on Quicken, and then put this to
rest?

I see I am in my shape to deal with the questions Lurrae
raised right now, or what Sanda was asking.

I am sorry that this came up yesterday. I was already full
and in overwhelm.

The Tree Timming was yesterday.
The Gas company is installing a new line today and tomorrow.
There is a plumber working now.

I need energy.

1. put clothes in dryer.

Kidney Specialist.

I am being forced to take care of my body.

Just had my first mouthfuls of rice.
I ate some carrots last night.
I was on juice for six days.
Mainly Apple.

The Kidney pain was intense last
Thursday at this time.

The main thing right now
is readapting to eating without overeating.

Learn from the past.

The plumbers have a woman/man team.
