journal and my food plan for tomorrow

I purchased a pair of kettlebells whilst in New York. Nothing extravagant but I was curious and a little skeptical thinking it was an internet guru marketing thing. However, I am sold on adding kettlebells to my workout. I bought mine at Sports Authority, 5# ones I can use while I do my powerwalking and my suppertime routine at work. Total they cost me $30 but considering the prices on the internet that was a bargain imho.
I am beginning a fourty day yoga challenge, any kind of yoga every day for fourty days. Next monday I start nursing school and my work schedule is awesome in terms of being able to pursue other interests. I will not be pulling in the big bucks. Oh well. I will just have to suck it up because being a nurse means moving to where there are more opportunities for health and business.
Tomorrow's food plan:
breakfast-
coffee-decaf,cacao and various spices
homemade 'hot' cereal
meal 2-
fresh juice
meal 3-
salad
meal 4-
as much fruit as I want
meal 5-
large rice bowl- brown rice from the rice cooker, spices and a tablespoon of olive oil
meal 6-
styrofoam cup of wheatgrass w/juice and apple cider vinegar
I have a 'big' goal in mind and that is to RELEASE thirty pounds from my body by Easter Weekend. I want my mother and sister's eyes to pop up and the ladies at the nursing home to ask me if I'm OK :-)
