The Chocolate I ate last night was in the Tip Bowl
here at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community.
It is a High Quality Brand, as far as Sugared Chocolate goes.
I woke up hearing Cathedral Bells in my ear.
This is a Candida Response I get when I get Chocolate and Sugar Combo!!!!

The brand I ate, that I highly recommend for the Novice

VISIONS and starrt writing some of the Blogs I am Seeing

Then eat chocolate....I'm just kidding.

Many it will work with other substances that give you a buzz
or herbs...maybe Mugwort, I do not know. You tell me.

I met a new friend last night, a delightful man, Michael.
He is a Shaman, like me. He is a real mongrel so to speak,
a Bonefide American...he is part Asian, Part German, Part Norwegian,
Part Swedish....check me on the last 25%. What a combo for a
Shaman!!!!

Lutheran, Jewish, Shinto, Bhuddist---True Blue Essene straight through.
