I am into my second week with the Bravo probiotic. I am still loving it. Getting stronger every day. Great digestion. Feeling happy. I have added the lithium orotate as the inventor (Dr. Ruggerio) of the probiotic suggests. He also suggested a light ketogenic diet supplemented with minerals, protein powders, and rubia cordifolia. I am taking the protein powder with water. I bought some from Dr. Mercola because it had the suggested protease enzyme and also has medium chain triglyceride (MCT) oil in the mix. Dr. Ruggerio also recommends olive oil for its linoaic acid. ( I may not have spelled that correctly). The yogurt is very easy to make. Basically you boil the milk, add the powders and put it in the oven for 24 hours with just the oven light on.
I have started dosing myself with the chlorine dioxide. Starting low and slow as everyone suggests. I am up to 8 drops with no effects except some gas. I had to add bentonite clay to my daily regime because the gas just would not stop. Apparently it is a sign that I am full of toxins. You can find suppliers if you go to Jim Humble's website.
I went back and reread the instructions for using the CD. I forgot that I had to eliminate all juices, oranges, pineapple & mangoes. All antioxidants too.
The next full moon is on the 23rd. I will start 'baiting' the parasites with B12 on the 16th and will start Dr. Kalcker's protocol on the 20th.
Note that I post the entire protocol on the first posting on this blog. I go back and edit it as things work or don't.
