Drink water! Pay Bills! Got my Focus on this Sunday morning.

Miserable night.
Really nightmarish.
Attempted to switch energy yesterday
from taking care of myself to starting to prep
for NPEW. Plan is to drive up to Anaheim on Wednesday.
Very heavy head. Borderline headachy.
Went out to do some against the clock activities yesterday.
My body was not ready for this switch.
Came home wanting to do more, but I did not have
the strength. Very hungry.
What to eat????
Confused.
Went for the higher protein,
Salmon in a can from WFM.
Wrong choice.
Brought on heightened pain in Kidneys.
Whoa! Not really pain just discomfort.
enuf. Got to get through the
Rents and Bills right now.
Did not drink enough water yesterday.
Drank two cups so far to day and took
Ayurvedic herbs.
Got a candle lit.
Desk wiped down.
Checks ready to enter.
Thank you.

I feel sick.
Could throw up almost.

took Bayer Aspirin for headache.
Pay Sprint cell
and Sdg&E then done.

finished with bills.
feel I have made progress in this round
of improving structures.
I was able to make transfers...
online easily.
I was able to pay sdg&e easily
have an Arosa Income statement balance that works
pretty much.
Have a better sense of Community Asset.
I am still not feeling well.
did O.K. drinking water.
Have I the strength to go to FM?
enjoying listening to music.
of Julio...reminds me of better times.
Some cleanup...and banking...
need to shop and rest.

well that felt good!
I went through and checked on some of my old credit cards
that that been influencing my credit. Cancelled about four of them
I do not use.
Got clear on two of them
that I have...
One more to cancel.
One I cannot recognize....
that feels strange.
One I did not have the card!
cancelled that one.
Clear the bed...and prep...
Felt bad all day...
Something shifted this evening.
Feeling better, my old self, a bit.
Need a couple good days...
to prep for NPEW.
