Gratitude of Scrolls -2
(Plant Your Dream!)

Gratitude of Scrolls -2 by YourEnchantedGardener .....

I hadn't seed Gini Energy for years. She came to the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit wanting to participate in a Closing Ceremony. I had the same idea.

Out of the darkness, we have come,
into the light now we are one.
All through the night we see the sunlight.
Go in spirit to our married creators;
Bless the cosmic womb of our mother earth;
Bless the cosmic light of our heavenly father;
Fill your hearts with heaven, fill you hearts with mirth.

Sun dance children of the merry mountain;
Sun dance children of the merry sea.
Sun dance children of the meadows and valleys;
Sun dance by the river as we flow in together
on the crystal waters of liberty
to manifest the magic of the family.

Gini Energy

Gini Energy is one of the
most sincere Ceremonialists I know.
She woke up Sunday morning,
the final day of the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit,
with the inspiration to participate
in a Closing Ceremony for their
six month run at the San Diego Natural History Museum.

She imagined there would be a Closing Ceremony.
She wanted to be part of it.

I was sitting at the table outside
the bookstore next to Dr. Pam Fox Kuhlken
when Gini entered the San Diego Natural History Museum.
I had all my ceremonial objects on the floor in back of the table.
I had my shofar. I had my silver box of Job's Tears.
I had an artwork that I printed on Rhimax chemical free
paper that said, "Plant a Seed. Grow a Whole New World."

My inner Guidance asked me to go down to the museum
and do a a Closing Ceremony.

I hadn't seen Gini Energy for three years or more.
I had been thinking of her. I wanted to reconnect.
I first met Gini around 1976. I was working with
Dr. Bernard Jensen at the time finishing
SURVIVE THIS DAY, part of his Magic Survival Kit Book Series.
I was living between Dr. Jensen's and Mission Beach
with Harpo at his Health House by the Sea.

Gini had known Harpo already before I did.
I did not meet her there.
I met her on the surgery table in Tecate, Mexico.
She was one of the people who came to
the Psychic Surgeon Feliciano for help.

I was in the room when he removed a tumor
from her body. He had no pain. It was
something that Feliciano did every day
during those days.

Gini and I became friends.
One day, I took her to the old Dr. Jensen's ranch.
We sat in his Happy House in the Garden. I do not
know if that Happy House, where he did his original
Color Healing shows, still exists. Gini sang some of
her songs for me into a tape recorder. I carried
it with me for many years, that little recording.
It was lost when my VW van was stolen from a parking
lot in L.A., but that is another story.

I printed some of the words from one of Gini's songs
in the opening pages of SURVIVE THIS DAY.

Gini was happy to see me on January 6, the last day
of the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit. She had no idea I
would be there. I had no idea she would be there.
We were meant to connect. We both had the same idea,
to fulfill the need for a Closing Ceremony for the World
Class Dead Sea Scrolls Exhibit.

I had talked to Pam about doing such a Closing Ceremony.

I wasn't sure what the Museum had in mind.
I anticipated that they would be doing something to
Ingather the energy of the Scrolls before the Historic Tear down.

Pam was there signing the first ever Comic Book ever written
on the Dead Sea Scrolls. She had a table right outside
the bookstore with the Blessing of Nancy, the bookstore manager.

Pam was delighfully engaged with many children and adults
each time she signed a book. She would tell stories about
Dr. David Noel Freedman, her mentor, and advisor on this
first ever "Graphic Novella" as the Scholars call a Comic Book
nowadays.

I learned that Dr. Freedman was instrumental in the creation
of the exhibit. He planted that Seed Dream and encouraged
the Museum to take action.

I learned as well that Dr. Freedman had been working on the
Scrolls since 1947, the year they were discovered. He was
given the Leviticus Scroll to master and decipher.

He was also the Scholar who helped break a bit of the
holdup on the release of the Scrolls. He suggested that
photos be released allowing each scholar or person to
make up their own mind. Pam told me that many scrolls
were held back as individual scholars worked on the
scrolls.

Dr. Freedman was heading into surgery a few days after
I took his photo. Pam, in the final days, was all alone
at the table. I wanted to support her. We both had in
mind to acknowledge the end of the sixth month run in
some way.

She felt inside the importance of this, as I did,
as Gini Energy did.

My original plan was to create a Gratitude Scroll that
people would sign with crayons. I wanted to give that
Scroll to the San Diego Natural History Museum.
I also wanted to give away Job's Tears to the children.
Pam had wanted to send the kids home with little Job's Tears
planted in individual egg crates.

The idea of doing some kind of event to promote the
Graphic Novella came from Nancy, but in the intensity
of the last week, there was no time or logistics to pull
off when I and Pam imagined was possible.

When I came down the final day, I simple wanted to support
Pam, although I did have my Silver Box of Job's Tears with me.
