ChileCo Catering had my favorite foods at the recent Southern California Wildfires Benefit 07 November 29.

I was pretty particular about the food I wanted to eat
at the Southern California Wildfires Benefit, November 29.

There were numbers of extraodinary chefs and foods offered.

Scott Wagner's ChileCo Catering really got hold of my taste buds
with a delightful hummus served on an organic lettuce leaf.

I took a photo of Pat Armijo, director of operations
and Andy, one of the chefs.

I highly recommend this wonderful company for catering.

I want to hook CHileCo up with Joe Rodriguez Jr
and his eight kinds of locally grown lettuce.
