What are a few Keys to Healing Now?

Woke up this morning
aware that the intense pains I had been having in
my left hand for more than three months have dissipated.
The Sciatica shooting pains that were going down
into my feet during the weeks before the Pacific Symposium
November 8-11, they too are gone.
Diarrhea: That I find I can still Co-create quite nicely
these days. All I need to do is sell my Tomorrows out for
a Piece of Cake or Too many Holiday Cookies.
What is the Sweetness of Life?
Is it in the Cookie Jar?
Is it in that cookie I eat to eat down some unfilfilled need
for touch, for touch, for Self Expression?
How is it that when I am Self Expressing the pain leave?
What is the Mystery behind healing Now?
I would have to say this is a good season to be asking this question.
There is a Seed in each of us...
a Seed that wants to be planted in the earth.
That Seed is called the Soul.
The Soul, as some traditions call it, is your Individuality with God.
The Soul is your Spark.
When you have the Soul in the Driver's Seat of your life,
when you do things that will Plant Your Dream,
energies begin to run through you that are bigger
than any disease.
It is easy to be a victim to our Disorders
that are planted from our Discontent.
It is also possible I find to plant Divine Order
in my life.
I want to encourage you this morning.
I was thinking about one month ago...
during the weeks before the Pacific Symposium,
what kind of lifestyle change was being asked of me?
What I have to stop writing so much at this computer?
Would I have to stop sitting?
Rather than stopping, I have added more movement,
more love, more joy, more new friends.
How does a person attract new friends?
How does a person get up from their bed and walk?
How can I get up from being a victim to my disease right now?
I do not have the answer for you.
I bless you this day, that you take one organic step.
Maybe plant a seed, and as it grows intent that
your dreams grow too.
