Hey, everyone.
Last night, Ocean Beach’s beloved vegan emporium Peace Pies suffered a major fire.
The blaze started in the business next door, and quickly spread to the Peace Pies kitchen.
The employees got out in time, thankfully. But the loss of equipment, product and workable space is devastating.
Our dear friend JP is shaken by this enormous setback to his life work.
Many of you know JP personally, and can testify to his passion for feeding his neighbors with great food.
Peace Pies has been one of Suzie’s biggest supporters, and has particularly helped us gain a strong and steady following in the Ocean Beach community.
Peace Pies is a mainstay of the Ocean Beach community. We need to get this small business back on its feet!
