Stiff left hand--Hard to move the energy

Waking up with a stiff left land
and one finger really hurting.
Clouds over my day.
Am I hurting myself by what I am doing?
Can I find the strength to go on?
Scott called in yesterday.
What can he do to help?
He wants to be responsible for his hours
of work exchange and help with Pac Sym
in less than ten days.
I can hardly thing to manage what
to tell him:
Fallen Bamboo in the meditation garden.
filling holes for Paris in the wall in his bedroom.
Oh my mind drifts to too many things around the house...
