The ALEPH Kallah in the international Gathering of the Alliance for Jewish Renewal Communities held every two years. The last time I was at an ALEPH Kallah was in 1997. Tremendous healing happening inside within a few days of this marvelous test tube for growth and community building within a Jewish setting. I have learned in practice over 40 years.
We are in a food emergency today.
The ALEPH Kallah 2011 and the University
of Redlands are to be congratulated for
bringing culinary skills and organic foods
to those of us who ate there during the
event June 27-July 3.
We are all learning and remembering together
how to eat Sacred Foods.
We can explore some of this together here
through looking as some of the good things
that were done foodwise during the Kallah.
Together, we can take steps to do even better.

I am into my third day of intense writing
after coming home from an intense energy output
weekend at the ALEPH Kallah 2011.
My head is aching.
I just breathed in some pure peppermint
from Jonathan Shaloka.
I had a lot of fun with this pure peppermint
oil at the ALEPH Kallah.
I introduced more than 20 people I imagine
to drops of the very wonderful aromatic peppermint
that is great for headache relief.
I am using it now for that purpose

FLOOD OF HEALING INSIGHTS
I had a flood of healing insights
this morning three days after coming home
from the ALEPH Kallah, The Alliance for Jewish Renewal
international gathering that happened between
Monday June 26 2011-Sunday, July 3, 2011.
I made it out of San Diego screaming for my life
around noon on Friday July 1. It took be three hours
or more to drive up to Redlands where I checked into
the Super 8 Motel, a home base for me on the road.
I discussed here why I was screaming.
