WHEN LOOKING FOR SHAVOS
Wear the outfit I wore yesterday when
I went to the San Diego City Council.
It was a marvelous life shifting experience
filling me with all kinds of hope and good feelings
for building community in my own neighborhood.
I stayed in today until I finished some
jobs that were mundane.
Made a deposit. Paid the rent
before the deadline.

TODAY IS THE HOLIDAY OF SHAVUOT
I wanted to get over to the synagogue
to make some contact, but I am slammed
with things I need to do.
GOT THE PRESSURE REGULAR PUT ON
TO ALLOW FOR THE NIKKEN WATER FILTER TO WORK
Richard Darby did that.
He had to go to Home Depot to get
an adjustment part.
The post was $38.00 or so for the
regulator.
$28.00 for the parts today out of maintenance.
I gave $10.00 gas and FES formula that I felt his wife
could use.

THE NATURAL PRODUCT EXPO EAST
Had the inspiration to explore going
to the Natural Product Expo East.
The dates are September 21-24 in
Baltimore, MD.
I have not been to Washington DC area
in many years, since I was a kid.
This would be a big stretch.

I shopped at Whole Foods Market Hillcrest
yesterday.
I went in to buy an organic chicken.
I had no idea that the store had both
organic chickens and non organic.
There was a clear big label on the
organic chicken.
I was glad to pay extra.
I also wanted to see about the R.W. Knudsen
brand, that has come to my attention
due to a lot of energy being stirred up
called the OTA names as well as Julia Sabin
and Kelly Shea.
These aret two of my favorite supporters

I met Richard Allen yesterday, a DDS,
who was doing a demo for a very interesting
dark chocolate bar with dates and almonds.
The bar contains Resversatrol, an ingredient
that has been popping up on my radar since
I first read about it on the Genesis site.
This candy bar also uses some of the same
superfoods that Genesis has in their line up of
superfood drinks.

a parent comapny for R.W. Knudsen.
She has midwifed R.W. Knudsen,
that makes numbers of organic juices
and is part of the non-GMO project.
I am looking forward to interviewing
Julia Sabin before long.
