I am borrowing Natan’s hand crank
Wheatgrass Juice and a Sweet Little Brown over
the Shoulder purse-like Medicine Bag that
has one of Gabriel Cousen’s Name of God Thingies
in it.
I left Natan a new pair of socks I got at the
Big 5 yesterday when I went in with Charlotte.
Charlotte was buying a new pair of shoes.
The store was stinky. No chemically sensitive person
or normal person sensitive to smell would not be aware
of the abnormality in here from Mother’s Earth’s point of view.

Slept lightly during the night.
I did not realize how dry I was.
Absorbed every drop of energy that lovely
Michele, the healer, rupped into my skin
with naturally scented cocoanut oil.
Randy Olsen and I went to Euphoria on Main Street
in Santa Monica, a lovely raw food restaurant and hangout.
Randy was concerned that the restaurant would still be open
so late on a Sunday eve.
It was still open.
We met a little south of the Santa Monica Pier
near the grass and rings.
I had a bit of a difficult time finding Randy.

Stopped by with Randy Olsen
at Euphoria Rawvolution.
We weren’t in the restaurant more than ten minutes
when a delightful healer sat me down and started to
give me some very deep and loving massage.
It went on for about 20 minutes at least.
Then I did massage on her for another fifteen
or more minutes.

Still have a painful thorn in the bottom of my foot.
I do not know how to get it out.
The wise thing would be to pay attention.
My foot does feel a bit swolen.
Removing a thorn was out of the range of
Warren, my practitioner at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

as I prepare to travel today up to LA.

Got two palm frawn slivers in the bottom of my right foot.
Ouch! Six days later. Still outch and worse!

I am being slowed down.
One day last week, I was walking barefoot in our garden patch.
Colin had made some permaculture beds there.
In the pathway he used some of the palm frawns.
They have stickers, and I imagine some kind of poison.
Well, it is six days after two slivers got into the bottom of my foot.
The pain is getting worse, not better.
I know I need to slow down and soak it in some epsom salt,
but I am still on the run with lots of other things to do.
I guess somethings just slow us down.

Annoying pains!
Went to Pablo Liciaga DDS today
for a tooth cleaning. We also did a filling
on the upper molar right back tooth.
The mercury filling fell out a few weeks ago
during Conference season. No pain. No sensation what
so ever. What a gift.
Lots of new tools in the doctor’s office!
The industry keeps progressing.
No pain whatsoever during the filling,
but now that it has worn off, I have having nerve
pain in that tooth. I have a call in.
