One of the highlights
of the Natural Product Expo West for me
is visiting dear friends from the Frey Winery.
This is the oldest organic winery in the US.
I first met Tamara Frey
and Jonathan at Tres Estrellas,
the food growing ranch at Rancho La Puerta
back in 1992.
They created the kitchen garden.
I would come down and take photos of the farm
and stay with them in their house.
In later years I visited the Frey Vineyard
in Redwood Valley. I got to know other members of the family.

We get together a lot in restaurants and clubs!

I am going back to bed in a little bit.
I did something very Valuable with my Time
this morning.
I put on my leather hat with the fur insides,
my warm socks, and a coat and went out to
put a barrel under the spout of running water
that falls off the roof.
This is one of my ageements with Mother Earth
that gives my life Value.
When it rains, I have promised to gather the
Valuable Water.
I was happy to see that someone had already
moved a big plastic container under the spout.

My right shoulder is irritated.
Range of motion is extremly down.
Happens from time to time.
I have been at the Computer extremely this week.
