last night. I am in Bowel Pain now, and had
some embarrassment last night at a gathering

I was warned.
I spent a day last week
more than six hours writing a Blog
about ”Moderate Eating.”
I did pretty well most of the four days
over Thanksgiving Holiday.
Yesterday, I blew it.
I was in a new Arena.
I was uncomfortable.
I was doing pretty well, and getting positive feedback.
My prayer was to be in sync with a new group of friends
and potential Sphere of Influence.
I was pleased with my eating,
but then late in the afternoon,
I blew it. I started to eat everything on the table.
That for me is to commit Food Suicide.

San Diego has more organic farms than anywhere in the country.
many of the farmers are facing water use cutbacks,
and an endless stream of challenges.
I would like our remaining local organic farms to be a steppingstone for
seeing San Diego become a model for state of the art agriculture.

I saw Stu Streiber in a moment of creative magnficient.
Tes, he, and Ariah Fire Fly were singing classical tunes
from Broadway.

Turned into an amazing day.
I went back to JR Organics,
let Christina feed me some lunch.
Then took a nap.
Joe Jr was back by then.
He was loading up six vehicles for tomorrow Farmers’ Markets.
I hitched a ride into the field with one of the workers.
It was a renewal of vision.
Ricardo picked me three beets to take home,
and three lettuces.
I brought one lettuce in tonight to the Temple of Higher Consciousness
and we ate it.
I felt the beets needed some grand entry.
The whole place is wired for wireless.

at the Rodriguez Ranch.
Feeling in never, never land right now.
Strange energies around here.
Some good thoughts in the middle of the night
about what to do today.
Thought to go back to ranch and take pictures,
maybe stop at La Milpa too that is on the way home.

She is about to go into her mother’s house
to help with the prep of the Thanksgiving dinner.
This is the first time she called.
THe LA Music Awards are next Thursday.
