Learn some keys this morning to controling the Ken Burns effect
in a slideshow in I photo....turn off auto Ken Burns in Preferences....
set in individual images...
There is an Edit mode and a preview slide mode...
edit mode entered trough single click...
double click takes me to Photoshop...
How to get back to Iphoto....

Took the Imac out for a visit to Bill Tall
at City Farmers Nursery.
He was really moved by the slideshow I made.
A few corrections.
I am wondering how to adjust some slides so the full words show.
Also....one slide I updated in photoshop, automaticall updated in the slideshow!
This was surprising.
Wamt to ask Apple Tech about that.
Hand: 3 on scale of 10 pain.
Some improvement today.
Has been getting to me,
the limits I cannot type as much as I would like.
Running fresh aloe seems to help...

over the years has been to encourage the
practitioners of TCM--Traditional Chinese Medicine--
to grow some of their own medicine.

Been struggling with Pages,
the Word Processing program on this new
Imac.
Learned finally how to get a Pdf into IPhoto.
Learned how to go to Show Layout in View
and eliminate additional pages.
Feeling the repercussions of running
fear through my system when I run into a snag
with New Learning.
These Panic Attacks are Childhood based.
I need to get over them.
They have to do with Arreted Development.
They are shamed based.

I haven’t been to the Thursday night FM--
Farmers’ Market in months.
I went during the summer decluttering,
but then I was out of town to help my father
recover after a fire. He hoards. It was likely
the only way we would have moved any of the energy
in his apartment. Not a big fire, just enough to alert
the landlord there was a problem, and force my father
to go around the place murmuring, ”It has to be done.”

Heading out to check the growth of our Pomegranate tree harvest
before calling up Andrew Gaeddart, who had created Health Concerns,
one of the first companies to produce Chinese Medicine Formulas.
I will check that.
I felt good results from his Pomegranate formula
