Diabetes is a health problem at the time. It happens when a person has too much blood glucose.
Ingredients:
- a leek with its roots
- 2 litres of mineral water
Preparation:
First you have to wash the leek and its roots.
Then Pour 2 liters of mineral water into a container
Then put the leek with the roots in it and let it soak for 24 hours.
