I have come to the conclusion that it is okay to chelate using food but not so much at a time. If you start a serious chealtion protocol, I would suggest amping up on Vitamin C and potasium iodide to help prevent heavy metals from resttling in organs. I would also be actively doing the water cure and taking apple cider viengar every day to help with toxin flushing. I might also add the supplement magnesium...but that is just me... I couldn't say what your body needs to help prevent the metals from just finding a new home in some other place in your body. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
