I believe that many parasites travel outside the gut. They attack/feed off of the organs. They come back to the gut during the full moon to procreate. That is the best time to do a protocol.
Focus on the big tapeworm first. Use pharmaceuticals and make sure that you get the head. Otherwise it will just regrow!
I sometimes use a "Nasaline" irrigator (Amazon) with a saline solution and concentrated oil of oregano (Amazon) to clean my sinuses. It may help get rid of the worms in your mouth and sinus area or drive them to another part of the body.
I have no experience with pharmaceuticals other than mebendazole.
