Hi Disturbance, I was glad to read your blod, I've returned haven't been able to blog since 2006 or 2007, lots has happen to me phyiscally. I never forgot the people who help and encouraged me in my cancer challenge, you guys are the best. being FREE to choose is the key. when fasting is a chore it seems so hard. I've made the chose but it DOES SEEM HARDER this time. I'm leaving the fruit alone for the most part this time, I won't offiscial start until wed, so I'm prep-ing right now, mentally and physically. just wanted to say I know you'll succeed.
