First I would like to say, you are doing spectacular! Keep up the great Work! Your dedication to yourself is just extraordinary!

Also, I very much liked this and can soooo relate to your words! I had such an AHA moment, in reading it! It hit me full front! I was beginning a fast this week, did 48 hours and then broke this morning, after work. I decided not to beat myself up over it but after reading these words, I realized tomorrow (Friday) I will begin again and remember this. I believe I may have to write it out to keep on hand. Thank you for them, even though they were meant to be directed for you.

As for this statement: "Yesterday I imagined some heads turning when I walked on the street. Today the feeling only strenghtened at work, even women seemed to take a glance. Paranoid or not, that makes me glad!"

I truly believe as we begin to carry ourselves with confidence and self assurance, men AND women alike will take a glance...they want to know 'our secret'. What it is that has changed or is being done. The energy you 'carry' becomes more magnetic and people become attracted to it! You become (not that we ever were not but we REmember) more into your Power! This is very great stuff and people taking a glance, validates it and is just pretty cool!

Keep on keeping on, Jo! You are doing magnificent! I am loving reading your posts and feel your changes energetically, which is VERY cool!
