For years I live on a 'cleansing diet' given by my doctor, Is there anything else I can do to help getting rid of the poisoning ? I am 57 and had 27 old fillings (in situ since the age of 15) which were removed 3 years ago. Would appreciate support, I have moved country and lost a wonderful doctor and am on my own coping.

You did not say anything about your symptoms and health problems !

The first thing that you should do is to try to find where you can purchase Udo's Choice Oil Blend.

Including this oil in everyday diet will bring Essential fatty acids to your body , and help cleansing your body from toxins.

After one or two months of using this oil you should take a Gallstones Cure.

Cleansing your lever from Accumulated cholesterol stones will further improve your health.

Also start taking cayenne because it is very important in cleansing body from toxins.

To improve digestion stop eating Sugar, coffee , margarine, honey.

I do not know what was your diet, but this guidelines could help you :

Other good food supplements :

Vitamins C,D,E, B2,B6   , minerals : Zinc, Iodene, Magnesium, Brom, Selen.

Colloidal minerals  have all of these.

If you want to eat fried food, fry it in palm oil or butter or olive oil. Oils should not be hydrogenated!  Oils rich in Essential fatty acids are not good for frying.

 

Improvement of digestion  ( very  important):


Important rules when eating:

Chew your food well (at least 20 times each mouthful);

Make at least 1 hour pause between fruit and next meal;
Make at least 4 hour pause between meal and next fruit or fruit juice.
Use mostly fresh spring water for drinking (without CO2)
Eat less meat.
Eat more fish. (boiled not fried )
Do not mix proteins with carbohydrates to often. (avoid  Pizza )
Make break between fruit and the rest of the food.
Eat more often but less mixed food.
Eat proteins with cold pressed oils.
Eat carbohydrates with cold pressed oils.
Eat salads with cold pressed oils.

Do not eat proteins with deserts.
Avoid Junk food (hamburgers, pizza, hotdog, nachos, …)
Avoid frying and fried food.

Start breakfast as late as possible.
First food should be fruit (1-3 timer after waking up)( eat some fruit like apple), then make about 1 hour pause and then eat breakfast.

What is breakfast?    As simple as possible. (bread, salads, oils(Udo's Choice), oat porridge,
rice porridge, vegetable … )

Lunch :
As simple as possible (consult books about macrobiotic and Naturopathy Eating Alive ).

Avoid oils from supermarket.  Avoid bad  Restaurant food.

For sick person is the best if he/she cud eat food that have been made/cooked by healthy person.
No eating 3 hours before sleep.
No eating fruit or deserts for dinner.

- use only cold pressed and inrefined oils in food preparing (salads...) (olive oil, sesame oil, cornoil, flax, hemp...  Udo's Choice).  Keep oils frozen or refrigerated.

- start using miso ,tamari .
( if you do not know what is miso or tamari try searching on Internet)

- avoid meat ( twice  in a week is enough) (choose organic one !)

- replace meet with fish ( wild fish, not fish produced on fish farms)  (sardines are OK)

- Avoid  cow milk CHEESE

- butter is ok occasionally (only organic !)

Inorganic butter contain antibiotics, hormones and pesticides !

- use root vegetable In cooking and salads ( carrots, onions, burdock, radish, daikon, dandelion root, parsley, celery... )

- do not eat vegetable or fruit that is not growing in the same climatic
area as the one you are living in now.

- avoid any tropical fruit ( unless you are living in the tropical country)

- avoid tropical nuts and tropical nuts butters.

Avoid soft drinks and Coca Cola !!!!!

It is also good to break all the rules from time to time (once in a month).
