I had thyroid cancer as a nineteen-year-old and had a total thyroidectomy, including removal of the para-thyroid glands. I have never had a normal blood test since. My TSH levels are sky-high and I constantly battle with fatigue and sluggishness. I LOVE my two dogs, whom I walk an hour every day. Despite any health setbacks, I have a good life.
