Michelle and others:

I am married to an O type too. At 53 he was at his wit's end trying to deal
with the apparent autoimmune condition that caused his digestive upsets,
diarrhea, skin lesions that would not heal, joint pain, sleep apnea, fatigue,
fragile nails, weight gain, abdominal swelling, etc., etc. Once he would have
dismissed the ER4YT eating plan as ridiculous, but his acute episodes had
depleted his will to resist. He tried it and is today a changed man. All
symptoms are gone or greatly diminished. He credits the idea that he was
intolerant to gluten, but I see his body aches return when he sneaks a little
potato or eggplant. It's easy to get the guy out of Italy but hard to get
Italian food out the guy! I hope he will be in better health and have a
greater life expectancy as a result. While he is never going to be an
acolyte, he has benefited both physically and emotionally from this experience
and would not hesitate to give the credit to ER4YT.

I guess the Os pay attention when it hurts, until then it's just an
intellectual exercise. If any of your spouses would like to communicate with
Tony, I'm sure he would be happy to respond.

Sharon C.
