This was around 1985 and he was signing our treatment manual for Masor.
He originally was hired under contract from Health and Welfare Canada under Dr. John Orpin to evaluate the unit for safety and efficacy. When we went to pick it up after he was finished the contract, He bought the unit.
I still have the manual in a registered sealed envelope from the Post Office with his signature on it. He was a registered practicing MD with the Ontario College of Physicians at that time.
