Subject: [gallstones] Urine fast/liver flush aspe

From: Jawhit007@aol.com

2/16/99
I began the urine fast on Monday, Feb. 15 by not eating in the morning and
drinking all of the urine I passed from that time on until I brake the fast. I
had already started drinking all of my urine on Sunday, Feb. 14, but ate
several small meals during the day.

I also decided to perform the liver/gallstone flush at the beginning of the
fast. To my surprise, when I was drinking my urine on Saturday and Sunday, I
was inadvertently preparing for the liver flush. The flush called for a
preparatory intestinal cleanse before taking the concoction that evening; I
had prepared an Epsom salt drink to take in the evening as per the
instructions. However, in the afternoon, I began flushing the contents of my
intestines and colon during a 3-4 hour period, all clearly the result of my
urine ingestion. This was not the first time I had experienced this; however,
I had not planned on relying on this phenomenon, in case it skipped a day.
The result was that, at the conclusion of this natural flush, I was expelling
clear water, with bits of mucous; nothing brown at all. Thus, I saw no reason
to take the Epsom salt drink.

That night I took the grapefruit/olive oil drink, went to bed, slept and awoke
Monday morning with a bit of nausea. During the night I had awakened to
urinate into my collection bottle, two cups worth. When I awoke in the
morning, I collected another cup, which I promptly imbibed. I then drank the
contents of the previously collected urine; three cups in all. I was hoping
that I would repeat the natural flush, but it didn't happen. Perhaps my body
was a bit short of liquid from all the flushing. In any event, I drank the
Epsom salt drink, 3/4 cup, then two hours later drank 1/2 cup.
Shortly after around 11:00 AM, I began to intestinal flush again, but on the
first pass no sign of gallstones. I had begun to prepare myself for a first-
time failure. However, on the second pass, I saw floating green blobs in the
water, about five of them. For the rest of the day, I have been flushing, and
almost every time, I get stones. All total so far, about 50, some larger than
the others, most of them small. The largest one has been the size of a two
large rabbit pellets. The interesting point is that because I am not eating
and am continually drinking my urine, some of which is expelled through the
intestines and colon, I continue to eliminate gallstones even up to five
minutes ago, shortly before 9:00 PM.
I have to get back to doing some ozone routines which I will document
tomorrow.
Saturday morning I weighed 158 lbs. Tonight, 151.

Subject: [gallstones] Continuing Flush

From: Jawhit007@aol.com

I had two more flushes tonight, each with about 20 or more, smaller
gallstones. For the first time, I noticed some stones that were light brown-
colored, same size, not as compacted, floating next to the dark green, hard
compressed stones--the ones that came out first. They seem fresher or more
newly formed or not as exposed to oxidation. Any comments on what they are and
why they are different?

There also seemed to be more stones floating half way down in the water,
instead of at the top like the others. Any comments on why?

This brings the total closer to 90-100 so far.

From: Jawhit007@aol.com

After I wrote my last communication last night, I had five more flushes with
an additional 70 pellet-size green balls or stones. When I squeezed them, they
didn't seem clear like olive oil, but I don't know what congealed olive oil
looks like after it's gone through the system.

Dusan addressed this issue, but with ridicule and not with the scientific
argument I would have liked to see. Dusan, please try again to explain why
they were not congealed olive oil.

My question now is: what happened to the 1/2 cup of olive oil that I drank the
night before? I studied every flush carefully and, while I saw some stuff
that looked like grapefruit bits, I don't recall seeing anything that I could
identify as the olive oil. Remember, there has been nothing else in my system
but the grapefruit and olive oil since Monday Night.

I will address Dusan's request for personal info on me and additional URLs on
urine therapy tomorrow. I'm a bit weak now and all this email from three lists
and other is making me tired.

Thanks everyone for your support.

Subject: [gallstones] Fwd: Urine Therapy

Dusan,

Please accept this letter to Vilik as my temporary response to your inquiry
about urine therapy. I can write about one of these a day.
Thanks for your erudite discourse on "green blobs". I'm convinced that I
really got gallstones, which are cholesterol, not olive oil. I look forward to
doing the flush again in several weeks.

Vilik:
There are a few points that you raised about Urine Therapy and John Armstrong
earlier this week that I would like to comment on.

John Armstrong apparently didn't die in his early fifties. I have been
reading his book The Water of Life, written in 1944, in which he writes that
he fasted for 45 days on urine and tap water. He goes on to say:
"At the end of this treatment I felt and was 'an entirely new man.' I weighed
140 pounds, was full of vim, looked about eleven years younger than I actually
was, and had skin like a young girl's. I was thirty-six at the time and am now
over sixty (1944). Yet by dint of drinking every drop of water that I pass,
living on a well-balanced diet, and never eating more food per diem than I
consider the body requires, I look and feel much younger than most men of my
age, and keep free from those major and minor ailments to which the body is
said to be heir."
I don't know when or how he died. Can you provide me with the sourced you
relied upon for your information? Now that you've raised the issue, I'd like
to know the answer. If I have to, I'll write the publisher.

On the issue of whether fasting weakens the muscles of which the heart is one,
Armstrong writes "Urine, on being taken into the body, is filtered; it becomes
purer and purer even in the course of one day's living on it, plus tap water
if required. First, it cleanses, then frees from obstruction and finally
rebuilds the vital organs and passages after they have been wasted by the
ravages of disease. In fact, it rebuilds not only the lungs, pancreas, liver,
brain, heart, etc., but also repairs the linings of brain and bowels and other
linings, as has been demonstrated in the case of many 'killing' diseases, such
as consumption of intestines and the worst form of colitis. In fine, it
accomplishes what merely fasting on water or fruit juices (as some naturopaths
advocate) can never achieve.

As to the issue of make the urine alkaline before drinking it, as the Christys
caution, I have to ask if you inquired from Martha's husband what is the
longest fast that he has done? I know Martha writes that her urine fast was
one week, not very long compared with most cases. I've never heard his claim
to authority.
Armstrong as an early urine therapist, was most often called to respond to
terminal cases [who else would consider urine therapy?]. In the following
lengthy case example he describes how important it is to begin drinking the
first urine passed, no matter its condition: "Orchitis is a most agonising
complaint in which the testicles swell, and sometimes become ulcerated. It
may be caused by injury, by gonorrhoea, or it may occur during an attack of
the mumps. In its most severe form, however, it is a comparatively rare
disorder in the country (England). The doctor who was called in took a very
serious view of this case, and gave the victim only a few days to live. When,
after a journey away from home, I first saw the victim--age 19-- his bowels
had not functioned for a week, and his kidneys for 72 hours. One side of his
body was swollen as though someone had placed a large football under the
flesh. His testicles were as large as tennis balls, and the glans penis was 14
inches in length, as solid as a lead pencil and twisted round like a
corkscrew; moreover it had turned black. The victim's groans and writhings in
agony were heartrending. Although for three days he had eaten nothing and had
merely drunk pints of plain water, the swellings and distortions had only
increased. As he had passed no urine of his own to drink, I was obliged to
give him a pint of mine to take.
Two hours after the first draught, the glans penis showed signs of becoming so
far normal that he was able to pass some urine in small drops--about two egg-
cups full in all. It was thick, muddy and as concentrated as gruel mixed with
blood, very dark and exceedingly malodourous. Nevertheless he drank it without
a grimmace or murmur. Four hours later he passed nearly a pint of the same
evil-looking and evil-smelling water; which he also drank without a grimmace.
He informed me that he could not taste it owing to the state of his palate due
to the acids which rose from his stomach. This, by the way, is liable to occur
in the course of a fast.
Two hours later the patient had a very copious and offensive stool, the equal
of which I have not seen in all 27 years' experience I have had in treating
diseases. During the evacuation some urine was passed which the patient
subsequently drank. Having carried him back to bed, we found that he could now
lie comfortably stretched out, whereas, previously his knees had been drawn up
to his abdomen, like people suffering from peritonitis or appendicitis. He was
now nearly free from pain, precisely eight hours after he had taken the first
draught of urine. I now laid cloths soaked in old urine on his abdomen, chest
and head, and bound up his feet and hands in a similar manner. He passed more
and more water, and drank every drop. His bowels responded to the treatment
and worked freely and painlessly, the evacuations being no unlike discoloured
water.
On the fourth day he passed 22 pints of urine in 24 hours: all of which he
drank immediately.
And now came a set-back. On the fifth day I was called to Manchester on
business, and in my absence a friendly doctor induced him to take a tablespoon
of ground wheat in water. The result was disastrous. All flow of urine ceased,
and in 16 hours all the previous symptoms had returned, though in a slightly
less aggravated form. There was nothing for it but to begin the whole
treatment over again.
The patient finally broke his fast on the 17th day with the juice of one
orange at noon, one whole orange at 2 p.m. and one whole orange at 4 p.m. At 8
p.m. a full glass of fresh (unpasturized) milk. He slept soundly that night.
From the 18th to the 25th day his diet consisted of such foods as cold beef
[Armstrong wasn't vegetarian], steamed fish, potatoes in their jackets,
scrambled and poached eggs, pears and other fresh fruits, salads,
tomatoes--and nothing else.
On the 26th day the patient was back at his work, completely cured. That was
many years ago. He is now a man of forty, lives on a well-balanced diet,
drinks his own 'water of life' and enjoys perfect health."

When someone else on the list asked me privately what caused the heart
palpitations while urine fasting, I replied that I didn't know. I recently
found a passage in Armstrong's book in which he wrote "During my first fast on
urine and water, I was intrigued, though not alarmed, to notice the
palpitations of my heart, which at times were so pronounced that I almost felt
I had two hearts instead of one. I ascribe this, contrary to medical
assumptions, to the theory that my heart was not getting a sufficient supply
of blood to pulsate upon and was therefore accelerated somewhat like a watch
when the controlling hair-spring is broken or out of order. It was then that
once again I got an idea from the Bible; this time from the New Testament: for
I read '....when thou fastest, annoint they head and wash they face ....'
(Matthew VI, 17) I am fully aware that the interpretation I put on this
injunction may seem far-fetched, but as I have said, it none the less gave me
an idea, and having read it, proceeded to rub my head, face, neck and other
parts of my body with urine, and the palpitations ceased."
In explaining how it occurred to him to try urine fasting, Armstrong
explained: "....suffice it to say, there came a moment when, feeling very weak
and ill, I recalled the text in Proverbs V. which runs "Drink waters out of
thine own cistern," which reminded me of the case of a young girl whose father
gave her her own urine to drink when she was suffering from diphtheria, with
the result that he cured her in three days. Other cases also came to mind
(jaundice was one) which had been cured by the same means. Nor was this all; I
remembered the doctor's answer to my question when some few years previously I
had asked him how he could tell from my urine that my lungs and pancreas were
diseased and wasting? I even remember saying to him in my then innocence: 'If
I am losing vital tissue and sugar through my urine, then why not drink the
urine and replace these elements in that way?' To which he had replied that
the organs could not assimilate 'dead matter.' This, however, as I have proved
since, was nothing but a theoretical fallacy!"

By the way, I'm on my fifth day, a little weak, but otherwise doing fine, and
some of my conditions are already clearing up quickly. Shayla's giving me
body rubs twice daily with urine and that helps so much.

For those who would like to read a bit more about urine therapy, the first two
chapters of Martha Christy's book are available at
