Health food stores and some grocery stores also carry coconut oil. Do you have a CS generator silver puppy is a good one I’d get your cat on CS immediately...you could pick some up at the health store for him until your silver puppy CS gen arrives. Much cheaper to make your own if you wish. Let us know how your cat responds to CS.

”I ordered the magnetic stirrer with the silver puppy generator...so...am I then making Ionic Silver or true Colloidal Silver ? Thank you”
You have one of the bests silver machines available. The stirrer will just keep the particles smaller. Without the stirrer the particles concentrate near the electrodes causing agglomeration.
Why not experiment and buy one bottle of the so called true colloidal silver. If the Silver Puppy Silver fails use the expensive stuff.
With the silver puppy you can take huge amounts for no more money. You can also use a nebulizer and inhale it into the ...

No. The methods they use are not known. They claim to be almost totally colloidal and the Silver Puppy makes mostly Ionic.
I say get a Silver Puppy and then if needed try the others. The Silver produced by Silver Puppy is as good or better than any I have tried. Drink 8 ounces of Silver Puppy Silver and then if you believe the others may be better take a teaspoon or so of them also.

The SG6 by SilverGen has one feature the Silver Puppy doesn’t have. You can adjust the Parts Per Million from the smallest increment up to 20 ppm. My Silver Puppy automatically turns off at close to 17 - 20 ppm.
I chose the Silver Puppy as I want it at 20 ppm anyway and if not I can turn it off early and measure it with a meter. I also have the option of turning it to manual and making it stronger than 20 ppm. The New Silver Suppy generators also have the option of swap current instead of DC current. which means the polarity reverses. I also like the magnetic stirrer as it softens up t ...

Instead of screwing it onto the top of a jar ie silvergen, the silverpuppy just fits nicely with no screwing.
What do you screw onto the top of the jar?
I like the mag stir system on the silverpuppy. I have a mag stir set up on my 5 gallon system and it smooths out the taste of the water a little with a constant magnetic vortex gently stirring the water.
So for the silver puppy there is not a physical stirer stirring on the water?
This magnetic vortex is in their new model, Silver 7, the SWAP? Is this the model to get if I get the silver puppy?

Re: PPM differences in Colloidal Silver
by Johny Apple Bomb 14 y
With the Silver Puppy It’s more accurate to measure using a conductivity meter in microsiemens or uS. The uS reading happens to be close to the actual PPM with silver ions. TDS meters are designed for a broad spectrum of minerals.
The meters measure ionic more accurately than the colloidal type contained in Meso silver.
I don’t notice any bitter taste with my Silver Puppy (using the Magnetic stirrer) but others often complain. Could be just an individual preference.

The Silver Puppy will run off 12 to 36 volts DC so you could rig up 3 nine volt batteries if you had to. The Pocket Puppy is another product of Silver Puppy. On this page you can see how to hook up 3 nine volt batteries.

Directly related to this, has anyone ever actually measured (monitored) the constant current output of a SilverGen SG6 or a Silver Puppy or a Silver Edge Micro-Particle generator? If so, how many uA or mA did it steadily deliver in actual practice?

I used a Fluke meter shorted across the electrodes of a Silver Puppy. It measured 1 mA. The Sota Silver Pulser measured 1.5 mA.

I am not sure who "Isaac" is, but it surely is not me if they advised AGAINST the Silver Puppy. I have always said that for my money the Silver Puppy is the best one to get for home made silver. The SilverGen and Silver Edge machines are regarded pretty highly too and I am sure there are some others.
I checked out a number of machines and decided that the Silver Puppy is the way I will likely go when I get a home machine. The fact that the king of home made silver, JAB, likes it too just confirms my choice.

The Silver Puppy was a little easier to clean and I liked the the fact that the mag stir system was separate, more like a classic lab stirrer. The first thing I would do is take back the water distiller. their is no reason to spend that much money. Maybe your distiller is used? Some distillers have to be cleansed out good or the don’t work. citric acid works great. My kenmore distiller (discontinued) can be filthy and still make clean enough water. All you need is a small one.

In that article, it says that using ”structured water” makes much better CS than distilled water. However, I was under the impression that the only way to structure and energize water was if it contained minerals that could carry the charge.

Well, I own a Silvegen SG6, which is a lot more money than a Silver Puppy, but the Silver Puppy is still worth the money. This is assuming that you do not want to be bothered with a homemade device. Yes, you can build one that is just as good, but it takes a fair amount of work and knowledge. Both the SG6 and Silver Puppy are controlled current devices. This is critical to prevent ”current runaway”. As the distilled water becomes more and more conductive during the brewing process, it draws more current from the voltage supply, and results in large silver particles. Small particles ...

Re: Best Options For Silver?
by MrCuddly 13 y
When you’re talking ”quite expensive” for the Silver Puppy or SilverGen it’s still a matter of $150-$220 for a lifetime of colloidal silver. And I think you get a more uniform, better product in the end.
For example the Silvergen uses regulated voltage so it keeps a constant voltage even as the mix gets more and more conductive as the silver mixes in.
Because of this you get a good batch every time that never yellows with the Silvergen as opposed to just connecting a battery to a couple of silver strips. And just as important or more to a uniform product is an automatic stirrer.

My distilled water is below 3 on my Hanna meter (typically 2) that measures conductivity. So if yours is 0 your water is so pure it won’t conduct electricity. Pour a little silver from a finished batch in, to get the current up a little in the beginning. After the current reaches 1 mA the silver puppy won’t let it go higher due to the current limiting circuit.
Take a papper towel and wipe off the electrodes every couple hours. I generally don’t do this unless I’m making a large amount.
