Hi, I just wanted to make sure we are not confusing concentration vs quantity. In an earlier post, some of you were mentioning that MMS mixed with some amount of water may render the same ppm as stabilized oxygen. So maybe I’m missing something here but, I understand concentration as the relative measure of a substance against the main dilution component. So if we say we have 1ppm of MMS in a solution, it means that 1 out of 1 million parts in that solution are MMS. Hi, regarding the NB and MMS. When you use MMS it is recommended to avoid all antioxidants, vitamins, minerals during a day. It depends on your MMS protocol, but you could be able to take your minerals in the evening when you stop with MMS. It’s actually 2 hours before the initial or 2 hours after the final dose. I am starting with MMS in 2 weeks. But not exactly with MMS. The old version of MMS is very acidic and can badly influece your mineral level in body. I know some have used iodine and MMS together in various amounts and I haven’t heard any negative reports, but most who take iodine in larger amounts feel that is the solution and MMS is not needed or is of dubious value. Also the preference among iodinators is to use large doses of SSKI instead of MMS. It’s not exactly clear if anyones has had thyroid problems as a result of MMS use but if there is iodine deficiency this should be addressed before considering MMS and certainly a small supplement of iodine at least should be taken. my mom and i also were confused b/c we also heard (vit c away from mms )12 hours and 4 hours... so i am not positive which lot of hours it actually is. i read somewhere that mms can stay in the body up to 12 hours so that is why my mom chose to be on the safe side and stay as far apart as possible. she wanted mms to have the time to do as much as it can without possibly disturbing the mms process. i am sure if you searched vit c and mms on this site or surfed around a bit on other mms sites (or looked carefully thru the mms book), you would find more specific info about mms and vit ... 2,978 hits

I have typically read about such weird stuff happening out of the blue after one starts using MMS. After one starts using MMS, old long-dormant bad stuff (like parasites, candida, viruses, bacteria) which are hibernating somewhere in the body gets bothered/provoked by the MMS and then starts die-off reacting to such. The typical solution to such is to then rest for a day (take nothing for a day), and then resume using the MMS. No. Nebulized CS inhaled is fine with MMS. I also believe swishing it in your mouth and spitting out is fine (teaspoon to tablespoon dose). If you are using MMS I would offset the use of MMS and CS similar to what is done for vitamin C. I believe that if you have CS in the stomach at the same time that MMS is in the stomach then they may react. I don’t believe this will hurt you, but it will just reduce the effectivness of MMS and CS. 4,336 hits

They might be getting faulty readings due to the MMS in your system. So if you decide to continue with the doctors you should either quit the MMS for now or tell them what you are doing. If you are nauseas with constant D you are obviously taking to much MMS. These symptoms are alarming the doctors and they may do the wrong thing because they don’t know about the MMS. Vitamin C and other antioxidants will neutralize MMS depending on how much and how close you take them to it So it’s best to take all supplements well away from MMS MMS won’t make you deficient in iodine but extra iodine is beneficial, Iodine is also an oxidant so it isn’t affected by MMS as far as I know but when it’s converted to iodide then it’s an antioxidant so I don’t think we really know how much effect taking a lot of iodine has on MMS, I know some have taken them together with good results though not at the same time. 2,862 hits

Having MMS with Cola makes it far easier to drink then having MMS in Water. I struggle to take 2 drops of MMS in water but in Cola 6 drops is no problem. If you’re struggling to overcome the bad taste of MMS, then drinking it with Cola is better the not having MMS at all. I’ve found MMS has ridden me of years of joint pains. Hi, I assume that you are not taking any sulfas at the time. MMS has nothing in common with sulfa drugs and alergy to sulfa drugs should not constitute any likelihood that you may be allergic to MMS. If you were to be allergic to sodium, or oxygen, then you may be allergic to MMS. If you are on any drugs, MMS is going to oxidize them and therefore neutralize them. Therefore, it is futile taking MMS along with any medications as these will be neutralized by MMS and MMS activity will be somewhat diminished by being spent on them. I totally asked this a few weeks ago when I first found about MMS. Do a search and you will find some threads on this. I have taken internally hydrogen peroxide and I just started MMS... I have gotten up to about 20 drops a day with hydrogen peroxide for a few months. Hydrogen peroxide is NOT EVEN CLOSE TO MMS!!! MMS IS WAYYYYYY stronger of an oxidizer! As far as I am concerned, the differences between Dioxychlor and the ACTIVATED MMS are huge, and that is the only comparison that counts, comparing the Dioxychlor product in its final consumed form to the MMS solution in its final consumed (activated) form, which is chlorine dioxide. In all fairness, Jonsher_uk, you have made quite a lot of posts where you advise people not to use MMS, and use iodine instead... A lot of posts here lately do make it sound like everyone should just drop MMS and immediately switch to iodine and forget everything about MMS. I do not agree with that. For most things, MMS still is #1, in my opinion. And, yes, iodine IS very good - and most people SHOULD be taking iodone. But not necessarily INSTEAD of MMS. It would depend on the dose you took how long you would have to wait before using MMS. but it would perhaps be at its lowest in the plasma after about 4 hrs(less than 1%). How much it would affect MMS before then I don’t know. Maybe not hardly at all even after only 2 hours when perhaps about 5% would be left. So maybe you could take small amounts of vitamin C an hour of two away from MMS throughout the day without reducing its effect too much, but you need to allow time for the MMS to work also so you could be cutting this short if taking more than one MMS dose a day. IMO, chief among those who wrongly hype MMS is Jim Humble, who has made the rediculous claim that he has never profitted a single cent from MMS. I would also argue vehemently that the claim that there are millions of cases of cancer which have been cured by MMS is itself no more than completely unsubstantiated hype. There is only a problem with vitamin C. The ascorbic acid causes MMS to be useless. I have been taking vitamin D for the duration of my MMS therapy with no problem. Timing is not a problem either. After all, you may get out in the sun before or after MMS. You body will still produce D. I normally take vitamins and supplements about 4 hours before/after MMS. I don’t think there is any problem sooner than that though. There are enzymes in most all food. It should not be a problem to take MMS with digestive enzymes.
