Hi,
Another question to you who have taken Chanca Piedra... ;)
What are your experience with taking Chanca Piedra and flushing? Do you find that Chanca Piedra crushes all stones so that when you flush you get nothing but brown sludge out or do you get a mixture of both?
I have done 8 flushes or so with various results but most of them have only yielded a handful of stones or so. I have taken Chanca Piedra for most of them and many times been disappointed with the small amounts of stones I get out, however seem to get a lot of brown sludge and white ’chaff’ out especially after ta ...

I remember reading about itching being a symptom of liver stress, can’t remember where, but it sounds like the chanca piedra is working! I tried it and I don’t think it helped. Maybe I should have taken more. Is 500 mg a lot? How many drops is that? There is no measurement on the one that I got: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazon-Therapeutics-FG00261-Chanca-Piedra/dp/B001A1RQGY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1431187134&sr=8-2&keywords=chanca+piedra

Chinese Bitters or Chanca Piedra
by test123 20 y
View Entire Thread 3
Hi Andreas,
In The Amazing Liver Cleanse you discuss the use of Chinese Bitters; this forum has lots of discussion on the use of Chanca Piedra.
Which (in addition to 6 days of apple juice or malic acid) is best for breaking up or dissolving old, hard to remove, hardened stones, Chinese Bitters or Chanca Piedra? Or would it be safe and effective to use both Chinese Bitters and Chanca Piedra together for several weeks prior to flush ?
Thank you,

The Phyllanthus complex (Nutricology) is not the same phyllanthus as is in Chanca Piedra. It’s Phyllanthus Amarus, and Chanca Piedra is Pyllanthus Niruri.
I got the Amaraus, because of reading about it in Chinese Med for something..
and now that I test it for this purpose- it’s not what I need. I need the Phyllanthus Niruri (just like you said, Chanca Piedra)... darn.

Hi Chili Pepper- good to see you around again, but not so much under these conditions huh? I’ve heard the stones are really painful when they are passed.
I remember reading this about phosphoric acid, which is what the ”Coke flush” uses with the apple juice for 3 days prior to liver flushing. From the information I’ve found about it, one of the main things it does is helps dissolve calcified stones- but liver/gallstones and kidney stones.

Pain around the shoulderblades is typical related to gallbladder problems. And if drinking ES in wATER HELPS THAT ALSO MEANS YOU PROBABLY HAVE GALlstones.
To soften the stones, eat at least an apple a day, I use a tbs apple cider vinegar in water every day.
I also have been using chanca piedra and I think it works. Fernando also changed to chanca piedra and he is doing well. Check for his name fsboeira (?), click on his message and then click on F’s messages and read through them.

I’m not an expert but both products seem to do the job. It just depends on what you like to take. GCG breaks up the stones very well and it must help with the bile flow because it also has bupleurum in it. It is also a liquid which you have to taste and is in a grain alcohol base. (Gave me a headache.) Chanca piedra you can get in a pill form although there is liquid and dried herbs that you can make a tea out of but Chanca piedra also had some contraindication aspects like if you have hypoglycemia (which I do so I’m not taking either one.) Hi,
Reading your note I noticed that you first started breaking out more after starting up with more ACV and chanca piedra. I’d stop taking all of the herbs, and acv and chanca piedra for a short time - just to troubleshoot and see if any of them are actually what is causing the problem, or part of the problem. If your symptoms started up with ACV and Chanca Piedra, then perhaps the extra liver flushes that you did aren’t the whole problem.
If that were me I’d lay off all the supplements and herbs for a time, before adding any back in, and when adding them in, i’d start very slo ...

Hi Debbie
A great herb to take is Chanca Piedra. It will help dissolve kidney and gall stones, break down mucoid plaque (this builds up on the wall of the intestines), plus the herb will kill parasites in the intestinal track.
Another thing you can do is to invest in an enema bag, this will help remove the stones, mucoid plaque and candida from the colon, it also helps with the removal of toxins. Hope this helps.

GCG and Chanca piedra are equally great. I´ve used both and can teel they worked out for me. However, we must keep in mind that both GCG and Chanca piedra are ”supporting actors” as what really works miracles is to flush. GCG or CP as well as a bile mover such as Chinese Bitters or Artichoke tincture help a lot but nothing beats the effect of a good liver flush.
Good luck and remember to be patient and persistent.

Re: which herb to do leading up to a liver cleanse?
by just_peachy 19 y
Well, malic acid isn’t actually an herb, but it has been proven to soften ’stones’ and is highly recommended by Andreas Moritz. Between chanca piedra and gold coin grass, it’s almost a matter of personal physiology and preference. Personally, I’d use chanca piedra and it’s what I recommend to my parents (considering I got my genes from them), but I’ve heard and read wonderful things about gold coin grass as well.
Best bet is to see what *your* body prefers.

Chanca Piedra has a hypoglycemic effect on your system.
It lowers your blood sugar, so if you already have low blood sugar it will make you very sleepy as your blood sugar levels will be lowered further with the use of chanca piedra.
There could be another reason why it is making you sleepy that I’m not aware of however I suggest you have a glucose tolerance test to see whats going on there.

Chanca piedra (aka Bhumi Amalaki) can be found at kalyx.com. I normally buy every herb from mountainroseherbs.com located in Oregon, but they dont’ seem to have it. I really recommend MRH because their stuff is top quality and all of it is under their name, rather than a place like Kalyx which is just a distributer of many different brands.
Chanca piedra is said to remove stones, yes, I’m sure. Also, gold coin grass (lysmachia) does for sure as well, and I know this from experience.

there should be a directions section there. i would take once a day for adaptation. try it for at least 2-3 weeks BEFORE LF. the purpose is to break the stones that are within so they could be flushed with the next LF. also try chamomile tea, which helps to break stones, according to Andreas Moritz.
here’s what you should buy next time - liquid for better absorption:

Chanca piedra is brilliant for kidney stones. Up the dosage until you can feel something happening in your kidneys. Use a liberal amount (much more than the amount suggested on the bottle) and see what happens. Definitely has worked the best for me. This, and ACV vinegar. Drinking lemon juice throughout the day helps, too, but chanca piedra is probably the most powerful herb for dissolving stones.

I´ve learned from someone in this forum that it is a gopod idea to keep gallstones in a jar in the freezer. Actually I´ve got two jars full oif stones.
Yesterday I took two stones out. Put one in water and another one inside Chanca piedra Tincture. After a few hours the one which was in the Chanca Piedra was completely melted and the other one was just the way it was before.

I use Dr. Andreas Kalcker as a resource and he recommends chanca piedra (aka Stone Breaker) as a means of breaking up the biofilm that the parasites reside in.
So you have found an effective remedy. Destroy the biofilm with the chanca piedra and then kill them off with the garlic and chili powder.
I used bromelain for the same purpose and it worked really well. My kill rate increased dramatically.
Do you take the chanca piedra with water? On an empty stomach? All at once or through out the day?
